ORDER


As provided in 28 U.S.C. § 3008, IT IS ORDERED that all cases under the Federal Debt Collection Procedures Act of 1990, 28 U.S.C. § 3001(b), et seq., are hereby referred to the full-time Magistrate Judge to hear and determine all pretrial matters that may be determined under subparagraph (A) of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) and, under subparagraph (B) thereof, to conduct hearings, including evidentiary hearings and to submit to the District Court Judge assigned the case, when necessary, proposed findings of facts and recommendations. This Order is entered with the consent and on behalf of all the active judges of this district.

IN RE: APPLICATIONS FOR ) APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS ) ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER _____ AND WRITS OF REPLEVIN )

All applications for appointment of receivers and all applications for writs of replevin are hereby assigned to the full-time United States Magistrate for the Northern District of Iowa for hearing, including an evidentiary hearing if necessary, and the issuance of a Report and Recommended decision in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B).
